First and foremost, I bring comprehensive experience to the table with all assignments. I speak the language of all employees, from the shop-floor to the top floor, including all stakeholders. My communication skills and proven intercultural expertise set me apart. I think outside of the box, never losing sight of the long-term success of the company.
In the past, I have held C-level national and international management positions, learning my Marketing and Sales skills from the bottom up (as a qualified business and economic consultant). I also have degree qualifications as an Engineer, Master of Business Administration (MBA) and have sat on Executive and Supervisory Boards.
I have intensified and expanded my knowledge with a number of courses, including some at leading universities, including the University of St. Gallen and INSEAD in Fontainebleau (Certificate: Finance for Executives). I am currently training to become a Certified Expert for Insolvency Management (CEIM) at the EURO-FH – University of Applied Sciences – Hamburg/Germany in the field of restructuring and insolvency management. I have a Green Belt in Lean Management, and PRINCE2 Foundation and Agile training (using Scrum, Kanban and Lean Startup Approach) in project management.
As a Member of the DSIM – Swiss Confederation of Interim Managers, DDIM – German Confederation of Interim Management e.V., DÖIM – Austrian Confederation for Interim Management and VRIM – Confederation of Rhine Valley Interim Managers, I am also a certified Interim Manager – with the DDIM as well qualified “Interim Manager – International”.
